Paris butter x The Green

For one night only, we’re thrilled to welcome our good friends from The Green, led by Karl, to Paris Butter.
The Green is an 8-seat chef’s table experience overlooking the Waikato River, known for selling out months in advance. For this collaboration, we bring their world to ours, with the event hosted at Paris Butter.

Additional wine pairing highlighting some of Paris Butter and The Green’s favourite producers from around New Zealand, designed by Beverage Director, Joe Costello, is also available for $145pp.
The Paris Butter Private Dining Room
Planning your end-of-year gathering or Christmas party? Our private dining room is the perfect setting for 8 to 12 guests. Tucked just beyond the main dining space, it offers an intimate and elegant space with the full attention of our team.
Choose from our four, six, or eight course menus, each crafted with seasonal ingredients and our signature creativity. Enhance the evening with wine pairings, caviar service, and more to make it truly memorable.

Valentine’s week at Paris Butter
Valentine’s Day falls on a Saturday this year, and we’re already sold out, so we thought we’d open up the whole week for you again.
From 10–14 February, join us to celebrate love with snacks and a four-course menu for $190 per person.
Make it extra special with optional pre-booked roses and a half-bottle of champagne waiting at your table.
