Paris butter x bokashi
We’re bringing a little bit of Bali to Jervois Road.
For two nights only, we’re thrilled to welcome Jethro Vincent of Bokashi (Bali) to join Zennon Wijlens in the Paris Butter kitchen.
Zennon and Nick caught up with Jethro while in Bali last year, and they knew straight away we had to get him here. Jethro’s also no stranger to our family, he has previously teamed up with Nick at our sister restaurant Le Petit Léon in France for a collaboration.
Bokashi is all about energy, fun, and unforgettable flavour. With Japanese-inspired dishes, bold cocktails, and a golden-hour-to-late-night vibe, it’s one of Bali’s most talked-about dining spots, and this collab is your chance to experience it in New Zealand.
The menu:
Two snacks from each chef
Five courses — two from Zennon, two from Jethro, and one collaboration dish.
$185pp
Optional beverage pairing available ($90)
Tuesday 27 & Wednesday 28 August
Bookings now open, spaces extremely limited.
Dietary requirements can only be catered for with a minimum of 48 hours notice
The Paris Butter Private Dining Room
Tucked just beyond the main dining space, our private dining room offers an intimate and elegant setting for 8 to 12 guests. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, hosting clients, or gathering with close friends, the room is yours for the evening, with the full attention of our team and the Paris Butter experience delivered in every detail.
Exclusive to the private dining room, we now offer a refined four-course menu alongside our signature tasting menus. Thoughtfully composed with seasonal ingredients and our signature style, this format is ideal for those seeking a shorter, more relaxed dining experience, while still enjoying the depth, creativity, and care that defines our kitchen.
Wine pairings, caviar service, and other enhancements are available to tailor the evening to your taste.

Raising Awareness, One Minute at a Time
At Paris Butter, we believe the heart of any great business is its people.
This July, our Restaurant Manager and Beverage Director, Ben Carmine, is teaming up with his brother, Josh Carmine — an Aquatic Safety Researcher at Drowning Prevention Auckland — to take part in the Float first movement, raising awareness for drowning prevention in Aotearoa.
Drowning is one of the leading causes of accidental death in New Zealand. In the past year alone, 74 lives have been lost. On 25 July, Ben and Josh will float for 74 minutes — each minute honouring a life lost and helping to bring attention to this preventable tragedy.
Support the cause and win!
Donate via the link below and comment ‘Paris Butter’ to go in the draw to win a table for four to enjoy our six-course Evolution menu with wine match, valued at $1240.
You’re also warmly invited to attend the event at the Karanga Plaza Tidal Steps, 12PM on 25 July.
