Paris Butter x Le Petit Léon x 80/20 Bangkok
On 2 & 3 June 2026, we’ll be joined by Chef Thav Phouthavong of 80/20 Bangkok (1 Michelin Star, Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants) and Nick Honeyman ( Le Petit Léon, 1 Michelin Star) for a one-off, two-night dining experience.
Alongside them is Zennon Wijlens (Paris Butter, Cuisine Chef of the Year 2023/24, Metro Chef of the Year 2025, 2 Knives Best Chef Awards), bringing his signature creative New Zealand approach to the collaboration.
80/20 is known for its innovative interpretation of Thai cuisine, balancing local ingredients with bold, modern technique. Under Chef Thav, the cuisine is described as “fun, bold and unpretentious,” while remaining grounded in local flavour.
Together, the three chefs will present a collaborative menu of:
• Two snacks from each chef
• Two courses from each chef
A shared menu of snacks and six courses, bringing together three distinct styles for one unique experience.
$350 per person
Optional wine pairing: $245 per person

Mother’s Day at Paris Butter
Join us at Paris Butter this Mother’s Day for a special lunch on Sunday, 10 May, from 12 pm to 2 pm.
We’ll be serving a menu of snacks and four courses for $195 per person, designed to celebrate the occasion with a thoughtful and refined dining experience. An additional pairing celebrating Women in Wine also available at $125pp.
